Any Vape Pods For Pg Juice Users?

Are there any pods or AIO that handle high levels of PG (50 to 100%)? And any suggestions of what to do with the Suorin Air I can't use?

I literally just got my order, a Suorin Air and after opening the box, the insert lets me know its useless to me. I didn't remember to factor in types of ejuice when I was researching vape pods. Apparently it won't do well with anything less than 60VG/40PG and my lungs can't handle that ratio. The most I can do is a 50/50 blend but since I've been making my own its easier to just do pure PG. Especially since all I make is menthol using crystals.

Minty E-cig Contains Carcinogen Called Pulegone?

Hi,

I just read reports that pulegone, which is found in peppermint oil and is a carcinogen, are found in "minty" e-cigs.

High levels of cancer-causing chemical found in mint and menthol e-cigarettes: Study

This causes concern as I've been mixing my own juice using menthol crystals and PG, VG. I wonder if pulegone is found in menthol crystals too. As I understand, menthol crystal is derived from peppermint, just like pulegone, but that doesn't mean menthol has pulegone does it? It seems menthol has its own molecular structure.

New 'baddie'. Mint/ Menthol Flavor Causes Cancer.

E-cigarette cancer warning as new study finds mint and menthol flavour risk

The study of menthol and peppermint vapes revealed high concentrations of a carcinogenic additive called pulegone that US watchdogs recently banned in food.

The pulegone additive, a constituent of oil extracts from mint plants, is believed to cause liver cancer if absorbed in high enough quantities.

The findings, published in the journal JAMA Internal Medicine

Vape Pods Taste Minty Thanks to Extremely High Levels of a Chemical Banned in Food

But despite all the evidence that pulegone is carcinogenic and causes liver toxicity, researchers found the chemical is present in mint and menthol-flavored e-cig liquid at levels far above a safe threshold.

This study is the latest in a growing pile of proof to how little-regulated e-cigs and vapes are. To illustrate that, researchers compared pulegone levels in mint and menthol e-cig liquid to levels in menthol cigarettes. At all levels of daily consumption, pulegone exposure from vape pods are significantly higher than exposure from cigarettes, with rates ranging from 44 to 1,608 times higher.

So much for Juul's best seller - menthol.

Problem With My Dna

So I've got an Orion DNA system. Pods. And my juice keeps burning my throat even with new pods. The cotton isn't burnt and my juice is salt. Same brand I've been using for a while in fact. But now it's just starting to burn the back of my throat like free based juice. Idk what's up with that. My friend has the same device, and same pods (.25) as me and not only is his quieter, but it doesn't burn my throat either. Any advice?

Is It Illegal For Companies Like Juul, Stlth, Vype, Etc To Sell Used Pods?

As the question speaks for itself, I’ve run into this scenario a few times specifically with vype. Every now and then, every puff since the first one tastes like a burnt and already used coil. It seems to happen in 1 in every 5 pods or so. Is this just bad luck, or is could it be a possibility they are reusing pods to save money, and if it were the case, would it be considered illegal to sell already used pods?

Ban The Pods!

Seeing it already... little plastic pods, in parking lots and the park, the new cigarette butt of the new Age.

Vapors used to be the good guys... the ones who didn't leave their nasty cigarette butts all over the ground.

There's a bipartisan Bill working it's way around the Senate to ban pods and cartridge e-cigarettes and I hope it becomes law!
Teenagers love the easy convenience of the pods. Eradicating them, forcing adults to buy box mods (the horror! For their refillable tanks wouldn't be the end of the world.

Limiting vape sales to vape shops was a good idea. Eliminating gas station and convenience store sales was a good idea too.

Putting reputable e liquid manufacturers out of business? Not so much... maybe a modest sin tax on e-liquid wouldn't be a bad idea. If we're lining govt pockets with revenue, maybe they'd leave us in peace....

Organizer To Store And Prop Up Vaping Device, Pods, Atomizer And Juices

Can someone suggest an online source for purchasing a organizer for my vaping device, pods, atomizers, and juices? I'm particularly concerned about the positioning of the pods, because I'm a weekend only vaper, and during the week I take the pods off and sit them resovoir tip down, as I was instructed to do. Thanks.

Getting Back Into Vaping

I bought a juul but going to buy the refillable pods for it and buy nic salt juice.

My last smoke was at 11am today EST. How long is the withdrawl from normal cigarettes last don't really want to smoke anymore cant handle it. Plus tried every other method to quit.

Any suggestions? I have nic hit spray 1mg. I can spray for major cravings if I can do that too. But could I use that?

Ive been avoiding coffee and pop so I don't get major cravings also.

Noone's Making Custom Pnp/voopoo Coils?!

I'm a little late to the drop-in PNP coil game, I just got Wotofo's SMRT PNP rebuildable coil system and I LOVE IT. I've always been an oldschool rebuildable, low ohm, high watts, big hot vapor fan, and extremely skeptical of the replaceable pods because, let's be honest 5 years ago they didn't hold a candle to a plain'ol RDA that you have to spend 15 minutes building and getting just right.

Well the PNP coils have me kicking myself for not trying them sooner as they produce 95% the same amount of vapor of a *perfect* RDA build, but with 10x better warmth and flavor.

So I'm wondering why the heck other companies besides wotofo aren't upping the anty and making better PNP coils like Wotofo (the Voopoo ones are great, but Wotofo really outshines them with their rebuildable mesh-style pods). I would easily pay $20 for an Ohm Science pre-made Alien Clapton pnp pod or something a little more intense. Since you can put these PNP'S on an 80+ watt mod, there's a world of possibility for plug-n-play cloud chasing if you want, and I think there's some financial incentive for that.

Does anybody know where you can maybe buy some blank wholesale pnp shells because I might try and make my own if no one else does!

Basic Newbie Questions

Folks, I apologize for the newbie questions but trust me, I've spent a lot of time reading and still have some confusion - partly because I find contradictory information everywhere. I hate when people come on forums asking questions before doing their research but I've tried.

While I've been vaping for over a year, it's been with a Juul. (3rd party pods) My flavored pod horde is about to be exhausted so here I am.

What I'm looking for is something comparable to what my Juul with 3% pods gave me - smoothness (I do NOT want a harsh throat feel like many seem to be after), availability of nice flavors, no need for a lot of nicotine, no need for 'clouds'. I was using the 3% not really because of the lower nicotine but because it wasn't as harsh as the 5-6% pods.

I guess my question is what type juice and coil resistance should I be looking for? I purchased a Smok NFix and like the device but I seem to be getting a tad bit of juice in my mouth regardless of what wattage I set it to. (I've tried multiple .8 Ohm coils and 3mg juice labeled for "subohm" use) I also seem to be getting a lot more nicotine than I'm used to.

I've also tried a Novo 2 and occasionally get that juice in my mouth but not nearly as often. I also seem to be getting a lot more nicotine than I'm used to.

Obviously I'm doing something wrong.

Another thing I'm confused about is the wide range of nicotine strengths - 3% on up to 55+%? I must be missing something because the 3% seems to be killing me, again I must be doing something wrong.

Suggestions for what I should be looking at to find something comparable to the 3% Juul?

Thanks
