Hello I have had this smok g-priv 2 mod for ages now. Now for some reason when I press the trigger button while a tank is on the mod just shuts itself down. I have tried cleaning the 510 connector, tried using 3 different tanks, charging the batteries, etc still no luck. It started happening all of a sudden after I refilled the tank. I can click the trigger while no tank is in and no issues but if a tank in connected is shuts itself down. Any ideas?

Those 2 mods crapped out on me, most likely broken connection of some kind, as both can not read attached tank.
Planning to pull apart and do my best to find the issue, but I realized that SMOK is uses HEX type screws and I need those screwdrivers.
I wonder if someone here knows something about those sizes, as they are very small - I tried my professional Dewalt bits, but they are too big, so I need tiny ones.
Any ideas appreciated.

I busted my tank and my local store didn’t have another so I just decided to buy a whole new head/tank to go on my SMOK morph 219 mod. I asked the store clerk several times before I made the purchase if the tank I’m buying is compatible with my mod. He insisted it would work. Well now when I get it home and try to use my new tank on my mod (SMOK morph 219) it keeps asking if it’s a new coil with a different size every time. Any advice? And no I didn’t forget.... the new tank is a vaporesso cascade tank 7ml. 60.5X25MM 81g.
So while home sick (yes I was actually sick) today, several reviews sold me on the SMOK TCT pro as THE tank for my IPv4. I was looking for a high watt tank that could also make use of temp control. Didn't want another Atlantis and the Kanger subtank is good but it's just not quite enough for me in temp control mode. Anyone have any experience with the SMOK TCT or VCT pro tanks? Please share!
I had thought Segelei was one of the better tanks out there but seems that coils burn out easily. Been using below stated wattage for the most part. Recently got a freemax tank and the difference is night and day. I have a fuceli mod. 2 batteries 20 amp (25r or similar... All are either sony.,samsung or another recommend brand) and have no issue using at 80watts. The coil is not having issues tank is easier to filll(though my dumba** figured out that top slides by accident). I dont know the max that the battery can go to but if i believe with info i got here before with 2 batteries i should be good
So I recently bought a brand new Vaporesso Gen mod. Normally I stay away from compression/press fit 510 connections but I decided to give the Gen a shot. I've only had it 1 day, and already I've noticed that the 510 connection is raised slightly above the top of the mod and with a tank connected it is slanted towards the back of the mod. From what I can tell the 510 isn't loose at all. But it still slightly worries me. And a couple times I've taken a hit and everything is fine. Then all of the sudden while my finger is still pressing down the fire button it stops firing. Has anyone else experienced this with the Gen?
Yeahh,okay so I ask this seemingly often...but it happens...coil is working fine but I get little bit of juice...I can't figure out y.I'm using my subtank mini with rba nd I take the tank off the base n hit the trigger n try burning off some excess juice n it's still getting juice in mouth...What cud b the reason or reasons nd what r some ways to prevent it or stop it

I'm ready to upgrade from Protank and EGO bat. Was ready to pull trigger on Kayfun Nano and a Mech. Then I find this. I hear the Lemo is better than the Kayfun, But I don't want a 5ml tank. I want between 2 and 3 ml. I'm not after chasing clouds. I am out to vaporize a little bit of nicotine, instead of smoking a Marlboro. I figure I can get a little bit better Flavor, and a more consistant enjoyable vape, Than a EGO-T1100mah and Mini PT3 tank.
Hey guys whats up. Well I had gotten the Sub Mini tank, the first tank I got was a dud. I had nothing but issues with it since day one. Coils went bad in 1.5 days both coils, then the rba deck was giving my sigeili issues and errors.
So I sent it back, They replaced it, and I now have Version 2 as they say. This tank has 2 air slots and different Holes in the tank. I used the Stock .5 coil but was just getting wayyyy too many dry hits.. So I went to the RBA deck, been using the coil that came with it, and I have 100% organic cotton. So I been using that, but now I am getting Dry hits with this thing!!! every 4th hit Is Dry!! I have to cover the holes and pull to get teh cotton wet again, and then 4th hit shes dry again.
What is going on here? Anyone else have issues like this? I am really getting fed up with this and ready to just throw it away. What can I do about the situation or why is this happening?

I can’t seem to find the ohm settings on my smok mod, I tried calling the customer service number in Shenzhen and I think their closed for the weekend. Anyone use this mod or any advice? Thanks
