Pulse X 90w Sqounk Bottle

So I recently purchased a Pulse X 90w. And I've noticed that the squonk bottle is leaking inside the mod itself. And sometimes juice gets pretty close to the positive battery contact. Does anyone know what may be causing this? Whenever I fill the bottle I always fill it up to about 3/4 so that there is displacement for the tube itself. I get it all screwed down and back in then after a while, or my next fill I notice that it's leaked again. This is becoming a rather annoying problem. And I'd rather not chuck a mod that I just bought because of a stupid issue such as this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Using A Silicone Sealer

I'm getting leakage from the squonk bottle on my Asmodus Luna. The leak isn't from the bottle itself, but from around the cap and the sealing points. The cap is delrin, and I want to seal it all off at the sealing points, cap to the bottle, around the outside where the feed tube comes out of the top of the cap. I fill thru the 510 so won't be taking it apart once installed again. I'm thinking of aquarium sealer or this: Clear Silicone, Waterproof Sealant, Aquarium Sealant from Loctite Adhesives

Do you think it will hold up to getting nic on it?

Question Regarding Long Term E Juice Storage

Hi,

I just bought a litre of 100mg/ml unflavoured PG E juice.

I calculated that if it doesn't go off it should last me 10 years. It came in a sealed plastic bottle.

I bought a dark amber glass bottle (which I have sterilized) to put it in but I was wondering if it would be better to leave it in the original sealed plastic bottle rather than breaking the seal to put it in the glass bottle? I took the lid off and it has a proper seal over the rim of the bottle like a Gatorade.

Also the glass bottle I bought came with a plastic lid but I doubt it will be 100% airtight.

Thanks for your advice, any other tips would be much appreciated.

My Juice Leaked

Thought I might share a funny story.

If I have to leave my office building, I will grab a little bottle of liquid and place it in my pocket just for safe measure. This set of events happened today. My meeting took a break and I went into the men's room and decided this would be good place to do a quick fill of my subtank mini. Just as I finished filling it, my phone rings. I finish my call and everyone is returning to the meeting so I grab my stuff off the counter, just put it in my pockets and go back in to the conference room. At the end of the meeting I stood to leave when a woman noticed a stain on my gray suit pants. Note: when gray gets wet it becomes dark gray. Now I don't always remember that others don't vape so I simply said "Oh, I guess my juice leaked" and left. I got a call about an hour after I returned to my office when the gentleman that invited me to the meeting asked "Did you tell some woman that your juiced your pants!?" I said "yes, it was a little embarrassing but nothing to worry about". Turns out this woman rushed out of the room and grabbed a phone to call 20 people and tell them. I took calls for 2 hours with people asking me if I was "ok" and wondering what kind of juice I am leaking. The moral of the story is, make sure you put the cap on your bottle tight.

Taking Vape Juice On An Airplane

I will be going on vacation in two weeks, I know you're allowed to take liquid but it has to be a 3ml bottle but you can take a few. Where can I find 3 ml bottles online that I can fill with my Vape juice? Or if any of you have any suggestions, I will be on vacation for 6 days.

Eliquid Causing Headaches!

Hey Guys,

I recently bought a new ecig (Joyetech eroll-c) and got a bottle of menthol liquid with it which I loved and the ecig performance was spectacular!
Traditionally I had used a Halo G6 and there liquids.

Now I've run out of poor menthol and going back to Halo liquids I've noticed that they instantly give me a headache even smoking a light 6mg nicotine bottle of Tribeca!

Could it be the blend and does anyone have these headaches with Halo or another brand?

2k18 Doggystyle Leaking Profusely

Hello all,
I’m sure this has been discussed before as this is not a new tank, but after doing a search I didn’t find an answer. I also didn’t find much help on YouTube. I just pulled out my 2k18 doggystyle (I think that’s the correct version, it is a top fill) and built and wicked it. It has been so long since I bought this and read up on it, I don’t remember any of the tips and tricks.
As soon as I adjusted the airflow, ejuice started leaking in large amounts out of the holes. Luckily I was able to salvage most of the juice as it was premium juice I just bought from a store (not diy). What did I do wrong? Is it a wicking issue or is something else wrong? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Sorry if this has been covered before, but didn’t know where else to ask and I want to get this tank to work.

Wicking For Stickier Juice

So I'm using a juice that is pretty sticky. So sticky that when I squeeze the dropper to create suction I have to actually wait like 3 seconds before the air escapes the tube and longer for it to fill with juice.

So when I'm vaping this, the vape seems to be a bit on the weak side and I think its because of the wicking. could anyone advise me on how to wick my coils? (ex. more/less constricted inside, more/less in juice well)

The setup inside my RDA is dual 24g coils with an internal diameter of ~2mm with resistance ~0.2 ohms. Wicked very lightly constricted and just long enough to make a full contact with the juice well on both sides.

Settle This Debate For Me!

So I recently gifted a friend of mine who is still getting his feet wet in the vaping world a Kangertech Aerotank Mega, and for some reason, he thinks you can fill it from the top, which I told him you definitely can not. I'll post the exact conversation here.

Him: you can do that with the Aerotank Mega too
Me: You can? I don't know about that.
Him: yeah but you have to be careful how full you fill it, of course.
Me: No. It's a bottom fill. The only way you could fill it from the top is if you only do it like halfway, due to the chimney being the way it is.
Him: then the mouthpiece part shouldn't be able to come apart from the tank, but it does, it's not even glued together.
Me: Yeah. That's called a drip tip. They're interchangeable. Your T3D is like that, too.
Him:
yeah, but with the T3D it's a seperate part that comes off, and doesn't leave the top of the tank exposed.
on the aerotank mega it's all one piece. either way, you can still only fill it so full from the top or bottom because of the center hole. it still holds a good amount though.

So, yeah. I'm pretty sure the only way you could possibly fill it from the top is if you took the top half of the chimney off and filled it that way, since the chimney is kind of in two pieces, but then you could only fill it to the spot where the chimney splits. Anyone who can definitively settle this for me?

Hybrid Mods- Pretty Insane

Here are Two pics of a hybrid mod top cap I recently bought. As you can see, the positive tab on the battery is directly connected to your 510 pin or whatever it comes in contact with at the bottom of your atty.
Here is a pic of the 510 pin on the bottom of the Atlantis:
The pin simply pushes into a grommet and floats there. If the pin comes in contact with the side of the atty it will short the circuit and if left there will short the battery. Notice how close the pin is to the sides of the atty. If that grommet gets deformed in any way, that pin can touch those sidewalls and short the circuit. After screwing and unscrewing the atty on and off mods, that pin and grommet can move out of its centered position. On a hybrid mod if this atty is over tightened directly onto the positive tab of the battery, the pin can MASH down onto it, deform the grommet and touch the sidewall causing a short. Someone not aware of this with little experience has a ticking time bomb in their hands. Be safe out there.

Rta Idea?

Okay, so i'm a dripper...... I only tried one RTA and it was an orchid. I don't like using it a lot because it is a "pressurized" tank, so if I take the top off to fill the tank and tighten it down, it pushes the juice out of the airflow holes. I HATE FILLING IT FROM THE BOTTOM HOLE!!!!!!! It takes 2 freaking years to fill it up and ain't nobody in my line of work got time for that!

Does anyone have a recommendation for an RTA that I can fill from the top easily, that IS an RTA. I will never buy a coil at a store, I prefer to make my own. Yes I test, Yes I sub-ohm, Yes I know all about battery safety, I just know absolutely nothing about RTA's.

Needs:
"Airy" airflow option. Can be adjustable but not necessary.
Top Fill
Single OR Dual option

AAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNDDDDDDDDDDD......... GO.
